You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request. Scheduling is subject to availability, and a detailer may contact you directly to confirm details.

4) Payments and Pricing

Pricing is determined by the independent detailer based on the details of your request. Payment is handled directly between you and the detailer unless Echelon explicitly states otherwise.

5) Cancellations and No-Shows

Detailers may have their own cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies. You are responsible for any fees or charges disclosed by your assigned detailer.

6) Communications

We may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding your request. If you opt in to receive text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP or by contacting us.

7) User Conduct

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Do not provide false or misleading information
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Do not use the Services in a way that harms others
